Sophia Pezhmannia, M.S. CCC-SLP

Sophia is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with 5+ years of experience.  She earned her B.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Adelphi University, and her M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Touro College.

She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is skilled in providing assessment, evaluation and treatment to children and adults with a variety of cognitive deficits, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. She provides consultation and counseling to both patients and family members regarding diagnoses, feeding, and therapeutic treatment. Her goal is to provide the highest quality service to all her patients and to promote a happy living
