Myra Diaz 

For over 8 years, Myra Diaz has experienced planning, coordination and versatile work ethics in healthcare settings. This has mold her into her role as Admission Director at Hollis Park Manor. She received a degree in Health Sciences. During that time, she interned at NY EYE and Ear. there she fueled her passion and appreciation for supporting and assisting in patient care.

Myra serves as a liaison between hospitals and our skilled nursing facility so that residents can facilitate an easy transition to Sub acute care.
